1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of our personal growth courses and related offerings, including Services, Digital Products, and Physical Products provided by ElevateMindPath.
2. Services
Our Services include live coaching sessions, group workshops, and guided programs. To book a Service, you must complete the enrollment process and pay the required fee.
3. Digital Products
Digital Products include e-books, online modules, and downloadable resources. Access is granted immediately upon payment.
4. Physical Products
Physical Products include printed materials, workbooks, and merchandise. Shipping times vary by region.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
If you request a refund at least 14 days before the start date of a Service, you are eligible for a full refund. Requests made between 7 and 13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future Service or reschedule once free of charge. Requests made less than 7 days before the start date cannot be refunded due to resource allocation and scheduling constraints.
5.2 Digital Products
All sales of Digital Products are final. Due to the immediate provision of content, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
5.3 Physical Products
You may return Physical Products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. To return a product, contact us via our support form. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective upon arrival.
6. No-Refund Services
Certain customized coaching packages and VIP retreats require significant preparation and exclusive resource commitment. These offerings are non-refundable once booked. You may, however, transfer your booking to another individual with our written consent.
7. Rescheduling
You may reschedule Services by notifying us at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 60 days of the original date. Failure to attend a rescheduled session without notice will be considered a forfeiture of the booking.
